Mr. Bona is CEO of AdvanTech, Inc. He has over thirty years of broad, progressive experience in operational management and consulting.  His areas of specialization include 3D body scanning, organizational design, information systems, performance management and business planning/development.  Mr. Bona brought over 10 years of experience in the area of 3D body scanning and military commercial applications to Human Solutions: an organization currently at the forefront of 3D technologies. Working with customers in the Apparel, Automotive and Aerospace Industries, Mr. Bona is also the current project manager for the national anthropometric survey called Size North America. He oversees all government systems integration and research and development activities, and is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and enhancement of several 3D scanning applications.

Previously, Mr. Bona was the Director of Materials Management and Distribution Services for the Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, Maryland.  With a $5,500,000 annual operating budget and a staff of 150, he managed the distribution of $100,000,000 annually in supplies and equipment.  Mr. Bona actively participated in the hospital’s operational reengineering process so as to deliver more efficient and better coordinated services to the nursing areas.  He also coordinated the efforts of user areas to review and evaluate non-labor expenses, resulting in a $5,200,000 cost reduction for the fiscal year.  Working closely with nursing staff, he designed and implemented a procedure-based revenue capture system that increased revenue capture by $400,000 in its first 10 months.  Furthermore, he worked with the Department of Radiology to implement a stockless delivery system that reduced their inventory investment by 25%.

Mr. Bona received his Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola College, Baltimore, MD.

     Malcolm Hooker serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AdvanTech, Inc. He develops and executes the company’s people and operations strategies, objectives, and policies. Malcolm brings more than twenty years of experience across the logistics, financial services, communications, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining AdvanTech, Malcolm served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Roadnet Technologies, and has held Human Resources leadership roles at AIPAC, Vertis Communications, Magellan Health, Fannie Mae, and T. Rowe Price. He received his MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, and his BA degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

Tad Woodward - CFO

     Tad M. Woodard is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AdvanTech, Inc., starting in 2013 as Comptroller. He brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, including in the areas of accounting, job costing, government contracting, commercial sector accounting, and several areas of management. He provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives. Prior to joining AdvanTech, Tad served in accounting and management roles for multi-million dollar firms, handling all aspects of accounting, benefits, payroll, accounting system installation, auditing, etc. He received his BS in Management from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. He is also a Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS).
