AVA – Item Manager


AVA Item Manager is a total supply chain visibility and logistics management system developed by AdvanTech.


Utilizing a web-based interface, Passive RFID tagging, and barcoding, the AVA Item Manager is a fully-loaded system encompassing a vast amount of logistics processes including:

All locations that hold inventory and assets are loaded into the AVA Item Manager system. There are multiple stock rooms allowed at each location and multiple stock points allowed in each stock room.  Once the locations and stock rooms are loaded into the system, a Master Catalog is developed that identifies all items approved for purchase.  The system can then be used to track inventory with Passive RFID tags or barcodes.  A huge benefit with AVA Item Manager is the physical inventory replenishment process.  Using historical data, the software calculates how fast inventory is leaving the shelf.  The system uses this to build a full physical inventory replenishment process.  It automates the product replenishment by alerting suppliers when inventory is running low.  Be in control and gain full visibility of all inventory processes through AVA Item Manager!
