The attached proposal outlines our approach to the project and addresses the requirements discussed in the solicitation. We have extensive Asset Management and Supply Chain experience in both the healthcare and military industry segments. We understand how critical assets are to the mission of any organization. Anything less than 100% is not acceptable and, in both healthcare and the military, can truly be the difference between life and death.
ATI is a small business based in Annapolis, Maryland, with over 20 years of experience in: Facilities /Asset Management; Logistics Support; Inventory Management; Physical Inventory Reconciliation; Managing Multi-Commodity Supply Chains; and integrating Automated Data Capture Technologies. As we describe in our proposal, we also have extensive experience in maintaining individual and departmental property books. Our firm has the in-depth knowledge and experience to undertake this initiative and to complete it effectively: on time and within budget. We have factored in the labor we believe is more than sufficient to perform this service.
The pricing in Section VIII shows the general pricing requested in IFB, as well as tables showing more details and options (e.g., for hardware including price breaks, and rates for additional training).
As ATI is currently working on a similar contract for the State of South Carolina – Department of Employment and Workforce (SCDEW), we are already familiar with many of the State’s systems. The data from SCDEW is located in our Private Data Center in Annapolis with the VPN connection back to their system.
