With over 20 years of experience in both IT and Supply Chain Operations, ATI has the in-depth knowledge and experience to undertake this type of initiative and to complete it effectively, on time and within budget.
Over the last 18 months, we have made a major investment in combining the best processes and functionality from both Asset and Inventory Management Systems we have implemented within the Healthcare, Academic, Military and Commercial Industries. We have addressed the increasing need for all assets to be moved frequently, inventoried, and visible by incorporating the power of both passive radio-frequency identification (pRFID) and low-energy Bluetooth (LEB).
Using this advanced technology to collect data, the AVA™ Enterprise Manager was designed with a core focus on: 1) RFID/Real Time Location Systems (RTLS); 2) Dashboard featuring Flaremaps and other Data Visualization tools; 3) Adhering to Accounting / Finance / Auditing guidelines and Standards; and 4) Providing bi-directional interfaces to existing Legacy Systems. The integrated Asset Manager and Item Manager include the following services: Facilities Manager, Space Utilization, Lease / Licensing Manager, Lot / Expiration Tracking, Replenishment Planning, Project / Work Order Training, Fleet Manager and ArcGIS. Our inventory management software provides real-time visibility of inventory assets on-hand, by location, and within the procurement and receiving processes.
