AdvanTech, Inc. is pleased to have submitted our response to your Request for Information for Uniform/Inventory and Asset Management.
For over 15 years, ATI has been involved with all segments of the Uniform and Individual Equipment Supply Chain for the items supplied to the Military Services from the Defense Logistics Agency.
The systems we developed and implemented, which are still in use at all the Recruit Training Centers (and were used for 6 years at Ft. Carson) contain fully integrated functionality of 3D Body Scanning, Size Prediction, Total Asset Visibility, Vendor Interfaces, Property Books, Individual Clothing Records and most importantly, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). As a result, we now have active partnerships and relationships with most of the US-based uniform manufacturers.
Over the past 2 years, we have expanded the functionality to our AVA™ ArmoryTrak and AVA™ Asset Manager Applications. The result is a Logistics Suite that encompasses our Accuracy, Visibility and Accountability (AVA) operating principles.
This private webpage was designed to provide Adams County with other relevant information to support the contents within our RFI Response. There is a full PowerPoint presentation for your review by clicking on the image above. To the right are our marketing brochures for our solutions. Finally, you will find video links below showing how RFID automates the Receiving, Issuing and Physical Inventory Processes.
In closing, I believe we are offering a total solution that no one else can provide at a cost that will still be competitive with the other submissions. We look forward to continuing this discussion and welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities.
